This Waverly home was a full gut and rebuild. We took the interior back to bare studs and exposed wiring, replaced unsafe outlet and junction boxes, hung and finished new drywall, and installed a tongue-and-groove wood plank ceiling across the main living area. From there we wrapped the structural posts in finished wood, painted the whole interior, ran white baseboard and crown molding through the finished rooms, and laid new wood-look plank flooring through the kitchen, living room, hallways and bedrooms. Every room in the house — kitchen, living room, bathroom and more — was part of this renovation.
